Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Method or gentle method of encapsulation, your placenta is cleaned up, lightly steamed over lemon and ginger, dehydrated, ground up, and put into capsules. Encapsulation has a slew of potential benefits such as increased energy, increase in milk supply, balancing out hormones, aiding in postpartum healing, and helping mood.
